During your consultation we discuss your medical history, health needs and lifestyle taking into consideration your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Blend and we then select the best essential oils for you. We also give you advice on how you can use aromatherapy on an on-going basis at home and as part of your lifestyle.

 

Your personalised blend of essential oils is massaged into your body using specialised massage techniques including pressure points, lymphatic drainage and Swedish massage. The massage enhances the absorption of the essential oils via the skin into the body where their therapeutic benefits are realised.

Feel divine as your skin is treated with a botanical aromatherapy facial. Pure essential oils, plant extracts and flower essences are combined with specialized massage techniques, exfoliation, mask and warm towel compresses. Our approach is hands on - experience the difference. Purifying and deep-cleansing pure essential oils, plant extracts and active clays are used throughout this facial to encourage the elimination of blocked pores and skin breakouts. Beneficial for those of you who experience acne or regular skin breakouts. Also beneficial for skin that is regularly exposed to city pollution. Includes a facial reflexology.
